I currently have a domain on GoDaddy, Hosting on WP, And a DigitalOcean droplet doing nothing,

I am looking to pay someone around $5-$7 to completely set up the forum and connect it to a subdomain. I have no knowledge and I would need a complete step by step.

Does you host have cPanel and SSH? What is DigitalOcean droplet for? Do you only want fresh Flarum install on the subdomain?

Hello . why not use https://www.freeflarum.com/ and redirect your subdomain? then when stable releases you can run on your own vps/dedicated server.
