Hello

I did'nt found anything on extension so I ask in case of I missed it. Is there any options or extension that allow to block new user (with limited right) until an admin/moderator activate his account ?

eephyne that's kind of built in, if I understand what you mean. Flarum sends email confirmations to new users, and the users can't really do anything until they confirm their email. if you want to require them to be manually activated, that would require an extension, and I'm not sure if we have any like that.

ReFlar's User Management extension can remove the email activation option.
And gives the possibility to activate the users by yourself/ users with permission.

I did add this extension but if I remove the email verification the user is automatically validated. And still if I remove the mail validation is not asked at the registration and I don't want that either :/

There is the "Invite only" Extension by Davis.

Also you can create a group you will manually give to your validated users. Use the permissions tab to restrict everything (or some tags) to this group. New users you did not authorize will be able to have working accounts, but they won't be able to post where they don't have the required group.

I did'nt saw invite-only, its not exactly what I want but I could do with it. Unfortunately it doesn't work correctly. I can generate referal code but when I want to register a new user, I don't have the referal input field and when I click register it keep searching (make sense since I believe it want the referal code, but since I can't enter it) .

clarkwinkelmann I did try that also but I don't know why, when I create a new group (lets say Validated Member). They kind of master moderator. I can't add moderator to specific task but only Validated Members)

Edit: I found why I can't have referal code, it collide with reflar user management extensions.
