Blueh It's possible to install beta 4 (and 5) on a shared hosting service if they provide ssh. It's currently not possible to install flarum without some commande lines.
BUT the flarum team is working on that issue too. They'll find a solution i'm sure of it There's a lot of posts dealing with that subject.
