This is not possible with existing Flarum or extensions. This would have to be a new extension.

I noticed you've upgraded to beta 8.
I need information of the document is only for beta 7?

lisk The extension documentation was out of date for Beta 7, previous documentation was only compatible with Beta 5 IIRC. Unfortunately, going forward, we can only provide information for creating extensions with Beta 8.

lisk Our outlook is looking forward, we have no plans to write documentation for past versions. Eventually, we will stop supporting Beta 7.x entirely, we are only doing so now because of the painful transition it incurs for heavy extension users. So we advise that all extensions going forward are written for Beta 8.

I'm sorry I can't offer anything to satisfy you. You can look at extensions written for Beta 7 and learn from their code, but there will be no documentation written for Beta 7 anymore.

No documentation was written for Beta 7. The old extension documentation is available here, but as I said it was not updated for a long time (the last major commits were in 2015).

During the beta period, it is possible that documentation will only reflect the latest version. Once Flarum becomes stable, we will ensure that documentation is maintained for all supported versions simultaneously.

I think you'll see that Flarum is very responsive to security issues when they are reported. Beta 7.1 and Beta 7.2 were released within days of being notified of a security issue, just enough time to identify a fix, code it and test it before releasing. Beta 8 should not be vulnerable to hacking, and if you discover any security issues you should email them to security@flarum.org .

Our first stable version will be Flarum 0.1.0, without any beta label. The beta period is a time for Flarum to change features and address performance issues before the software is deemed stable. This means both Beta 7 and Beta 8 are inherently unstable versions, and are not recommended for use in production.
