Something went wrong: SQLSTATE[42S01]: Base table or view already exists: 1050 Table 'flarum_registration_tokens' already exists (SQL: rename table flarum_auth_tokens to flarum_registration_tokens)

php7.2+mysql5.6, and I have tried to use php7.1+mysql5.6, php7.2+mysql5.7

I suggest you restore your backup and try upgrading on php 7.2 with MySQL 5.7+.

It seems a previous upgrade went wrong and might be only be restored manually by editing the database. The easiest way forward is to run the upgrade again from the backed up version.
