I'm reinstalling Flarum from scratch as recommended by the Beta 8 upgrade instructions. After running the composer command and navigating to the forum in the browser, I get a 403 Forbidden error. What could be a possible cause for this? Could it be due to the new structure of having the /flarum/public folder? My old installation was in the same environment and structure and did not have this issue.
