Alkir You can use CSS code.
I don't have this button as i activated and configured the push extension.
If you can share the URL of the community i can take a look and give the CSS code to insert in backend admin under custom CSS.

You can hide with CSS or just activate and configure the push extension.

Alkir if you activate the pusher extension and configure it you don't need the CSS code to hide the button as with pusher the refresh button is not showed.

My suggestion is to use pusher.
