Error booting Flarum: after fresh installation

I'm new to composer so maybe I did something wrong but I followed the installation document. Then ran "php7.2 flarum install" to install it. Next I went to my URL https://girbot.com and I am getting the error: "Error booting Flarum: syntax error, unexpected '?', expecting variable (T_VARIABLE)" Is there something I missed? Do I need to start flarum somehow after running flarum install?

P.S. Running Debian9 stretch and upgraded from php7.0 to php7.2.

Your upgrade of php failed. It's still running 7.0, because it cannot handle the null coelescence operator. Most likely your Webserver, apache or nginx is still using the incorrect php version.

Same issue I am also facing After doing this Fixed

sudo a2dismod php7.0
sudo a2enmod php7.1

sudo update-alternatives --set php /usr/bin/php7.2
php -i | grep "Loaded Configuration File"

Restart your Server
Clear Flarum cache
