ChrisPatrol is that a newly installed Flarum ? Is this the first extension you try to install ?
The only table that has an extension column is the migrations table. And it's a table from Flarum, not from this extension. If that column is missing the installation is very broken.
Are you able to try re-installing Flarum ? Otherwise can you share the output of php flarum info ?
We might split this into a new support discussion unless you have other indications that it's specific to this extension ?
