Users can't use @mention

One of our users recently noticed an issue with @mentions. When you type in @name a You do not have permission to do that. appears, while it works for admins. Already tried disabling/enabling the extension, but that didn't help. Is it something to do with permissions settings or a conflict with another extension?

user1993 What is your output of php flarum info (run this command via terminal in your Flarum root folder)?

user1993 make sure the permission "user list" is set to at least members.

sorry, first I don't find any exact to user list after setting " view user list" to members it solved the issue
