Installation not working

I got a problem. I'm trying to install flarum, so I did composer create-project flarum/flarum . --stability=beta
Then, I went to the config of apache2 (in /etc/apache2/apache2.conf), add this line in to it:
<Directory "/var/www/html/newsite/public"> AllowOverride All </Directory>
and, I went to my adress (mydomaine.com/newsite) and I got this: https://penkie.s-ul.eu/B9SMV1Qe

Using Debian 8 (Jessie)
PHP 7.1
mod_rewrite of apache2 enabled

Penkie you need to add a vhost file. Not edit the apache.conf.

if you go to http://mydomain.com/newsite/public you will see the installation
so you need to create your database and install flarum from that link
after that you will have your config.php file
and it will work
if not you need to set your subdomain from your cpanel
and change the document root to /var/www/html/newsite/public
