I looked at the language pack, and it has the string filled out for that line. I'm also not seeing it on the link you've provided in your first post.
Or it's cache, and you can usually solve it by clicking Clear Cache in your Admin > Dashboard tab under Tools, then hard refreshing your browser.
This is the likely problem. Please follow those steps and see if that solves the issue.
