Ignoring and PM

Hey there, new to Flarum and still trying to decide between a few other options. I've been using forum software since 2001 and need some of the basic features.

Is there an ability to ignore or block another member?
What about sending a private message?
Different usergroups with privileges?

This isn't built into the platform but instead comes through a great extension called byobu

As far as I know, no

There's byōbu, as others metnioned. A more traditional private messages unofficial extension should be coming this year

You can create groups of users and assign different permissions to them, but you cannot assign permissions to specific users

I’m sure someone in this community, if not my own group (ReFlar) will end up working on a traditional follow/unfollow/ignore/block extension sometime down the line.

I mean, it’s a very popular feature in the forum software world let allow any user interaction related platform 😉
