I am looking for a new community software and found flarum. It looks good, seems easy to use and is open source. But I will have a homepage (landing page) as well. So, the question for me is, is the https://flarum.org build with flarum too or which cms, etc. is there used for the homepage https://flarum.org ?

No, it's not included. But you can find the files at https://github.com/flarum/flarum.github.io

Note that the license there allows use of the files, but the logo is copyright to Toby and should not be re-used. It's included in the repo for convenience only.

iMattmax I can't tell you anything different. The flarum.org site does not run on Flarum's software, it runs on Github pages, using the code provided in the repo I linked. It is not included with Flarum via composer. It is completely and utterly separate.
