Making STATIC posts

So guys i want to make some STATIC posts like rules on top, but the problem is i edit the /core/.../DiscussionList.js with a HTML Static and nothing updates.

I already run php flarum clear:cache and nothing occurs, and CTRL + F5 in browser and nothing too..

any clues?

im newbie for creating extension, if have some tutorial?

The STICKY extensions says "Pin discussions to the top of the list." but it doesn`t pin it to the top.

A post remains sticky till it's read by a logged in member. After its been read then it goes down since there is no need of that at the top afterwards. But it still remains sticky for all logged out visitors.

gurjyot can close the topic, already done by editing some lines of it, always on top sticky.
