When i say download extension i mean the extension which allow admin or other qualify member to add resources to the forum, this will be like marketplace which you can find all the resources and their changelogs. Admin can add link to other site to download the resources or upload the resources on the site, but all file and link will be protected.
I dont know if anyone understand (My english is bad but i hope you guys understand) So can somebody do it..?
