Toby Read the unread posts. You can do this immediately by clicking on the black speech bubble icon at the right. Sticky discussions only stick if they contain unread posts.

VIRUXE Like Toby said, if a discussion has unread posts you can click on the black chat bubble to mark it as read and then the discussion will go back to its regular order until it has more unread posts.
jordanjay29 dorea It's up to the purview of a site administrator as to what gets marked Sticky or not. This site feels that developer resources are a topic of importance to many users, and so the topic gets top billing.
dorea EDIT: SOLVED I'm ok with the issue (extension-developer...) that is important, and also ok with other pinned discussions. But, I mean why I can't dismiss them without entering inside? Why not a 'dismiss' option in this menu:
