Internal Server Error

Hello guys.
I just wanna ask your help, maybe you can help me to resolve this issue.
I just installed Flarum forum from our instructions.
Just downloaded from composer and trying to go on my website but just get an error.

and errors from logs -

gobbijs Hi and welcome ! Here are a few questions to help diagnose your issue:

Is /home2/memestor/public_html your Flarum root folder ?
Did you follow https://flarum.org/docs/install.html#customizing-paths to remove the public folder ?
Is /home2/memestor/public_html/.htaccess the default Flarum htaccess, another one, or did you edit the default Flarum htaccess ?

In any case it seems there's a Directory directive in that htaccess and that's not allowed. There isn't one in the default Flarum htaccess https://stackoverflow.com/questions/46303236/apache-htaccess-directory-not-allowed-here

yes, its root folder for Flarum.
idk, my site link http://memestorage.lv/ I need to remove the public folder or what ? i didnt understand that.
I just created my
<Directory "/path/to/flarum/public">
AllowOverride All
</Directory>
But now, i removed the
<Directory "/path/to/flarum/public">
AllowOverride All
</Directory>
and replaced with
RewriteEngine On

RewriteCond %{QUERY_STRING} !(?:^|&)test=yes(?:&|$) [NC]
RewriteRule ^foo/(.*)$ bar/$1?test=yes [NC,QSA,L]

still nothing.
Maybe i can contact with you somewhere and there you can help to resolve this ?

I suppose you just copy pasted what is written in https://flarum.org/docs/install.html#url-rewriting ?

As written in the docs the Directory instruction is If you're managing your own server, and it goes in Apache config, not htaccess. If it indeed applies to you (doesn't look like it's the case here), make sure to place it in the right place and also update /path/to/flarum/public to the actual Flarum folder.
