A lot of our users ask to get notifications like Google+ does, managed as a personal user setting ofcourse. I can't manage to pull something like this off on my own. Also I know that flagrow/subscribed is in the making (or will be integrated in beta9) so it's just a matter of time. Still if anyone is able to expedite this functionality, let us know. We'd be very thankful!
