Blank page with title

Finally got it running, got a nice little sign up screen for admin, filled it out. Boom. Nothing but a title.

What can I do?

Please provide some info

What OS (distro)
Using apache or nginx + php-fpm? (Which webserver)
errors in the error log? (/var/log/nginx/error.log or /var/log/apache2/error.log)

Have you searched or looked to see if anyone else has had this error? I think I've seen similar issues.

Kulga most probable a wrong php version.

luceos Was installing with PHP 7.0, worked fine when I knocked it down to 5.6.
