luceos RahulKumar check your error log file. And can you copy the config file part related to debug, you might have a typo.
RahulKumar luceos as shared hosting has not root access, so I installed it on my UBUNTU PC, then I uploaded it to my shared account. Should I edit any file or make any changes ?

RahulKumar VIRUXE I removed the installation then I first created .htaccess file. After then I installed it again but now before going to admin page I changed the debug value TRUE to FALSE in config.php. Everything is working fine!
