Depois de várias pesquisas aqui no fórum vi que pode ser o SMTP, porém mais cedo estava funcionando 100%. Realmente estou precisando de ajuda.

Yes as you said it's probably SMTP.

The Flarum error logs in storage/logs should contain the full message.

Maybe use smtp in lowercase as the driver. Use tls as encryption.

Also a mail hostname that isn't a subdomain isn't something common. Are you sure this is the hostname for the SMTP server ? (try the two things above first)
