Avatars do not display on Safari 12.1 (12607.1.40.1.5)

Hi there,

I'm running across a very strange issue with avatars not displaying on Safari. This problem does not occur on Chrome. I already tried cleaning the browser and the Flarum-cache. with no luck unfortunately.

Technical details:
Flarum version: 0.1.0-beta.8.1
Safari version: Safari 12.1 (12607.1.40.1.5)
NGINX version: nginx/1.15.9
PHP Version: PHP 7.3.3 (cli)

It seems to happen on my iPhone as well. I am running iOS 12.1.1.

Strangely enough, the problem does not occur on the official Flarum-website.
