Our roadmap targets big UI/UX changes for 0.3.
Some of the minor improvements you've mentioned may need some more detailed explanation and requests, though, because a major UI redesign takes longer to implement than small changes. I suggest explaining more about these issues:
The mobile version of Flarum is not really useful at all. Especially when writing new topics and writing answers to topics. The "Send" button slides over and does not appear. It's hard to quote.
