How to reinstall Flarum?

I have Flarum installed now, but there is translation issue, which may be caused by a PHP issue before installation. While the translation issue can't be fixed even with the php issue resolved now.
I'm wondering whether a reinstall help?

What to do to reinstall Flarum? delete all the files under installation directory? How to remove the database stuff? anything else?

If there's a chance that your installation was borked ... and I note that your your first installation attempt ran into trouble during the installation of the Symphony translator component ... then it's definitely worth trying.

Yes ... the installation directory should be empty, just as after your first installation attempt.

I usually just delete the database and create a new one.
