Thumbnail Post / Featured Image Post Extentions

Is it possible to add thumbail post / featured image post? So we will see image on discussions list not an avatar of Thread Starter. Or maybe someone can make the extensions about this? its will be great

maruco I think thumbnail and featured image adds an extra step while posting which I personally don't like about wordpress and which makes flarum posting much more faster than wordpress. So it is better if takes the first image inside the discussion and shows it automatically.

This would work great as an extension. Having a relevant piece of rich media associated with threads via meta tags makes their embeds in chatrooms and on social media more appealing to click on. The people over at ThemeHouse developed this functionality for XenForo 2.
