error when clearing cache

when I try php flarum clear:cache I've got this error

php flarum cache:clear
PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ',' in /var/www/flarum on line 17

Keagan You should run "php flarum cache: clear" bo in the directory where flarum is installed.

Keagan which PHP version do you use ? (can be retrieved with php -v)

Can you check your file is identical to https://github.com/flarum/flarum/blob/v0.1.0-beta.8.1/flarum ? Or copy the content of the flarum file for us here ? What's on line 17 ?
