Other locations won't work. You HAVE to execute it at flarum's root.
santiagobiali I think @iFaisal meant that in another Flarum project directory it still doesn't work.
santiagobiali Done for installed but the statistics in flarum's admin page not showing up.

santiagobiali i was running the command on username@mydomain.com [~]#
so i changed to username@mydomain.com [~/public_html]# and run it again and installed done.

ArjunChandran locale, the language used for the interface. But I see now it's in the admin.
Did you try re-enabling the extension? It triggers flushing the cache files.
