That is only available if you are using piwik right now.

Edit: iFaisal Please share what was the solution, so other users with the same problem can fix too.

santiagobiali i was running the command on username@mydomain.com [~]#
so i changed to username@mydomain.com [~/public_html]# and run it again and installed done.
Thank for this extension and supporting.

ArjunChandran locale, the language used for the interface. But I see now it's in the admin.

Did you try re-enabling the extension? It triggers flushing the cache files.

It only appears if you are using PIWIK.

yes, the tab is shown if you correctly configure piwik:
1) Enable piwik option;
2) Set the piwik's url;
3) Set the ID;
4) Set the authentication code.

5) Clear your cache. (delete *.js at /assets)
