it makes simple to registration. visitors can be forced to sign up or modal form automatically start and close after a few seconds. it becomes very useful.

You mean an account is created for the users without any input from them ? If so where do you source the email, username and password from ?

Or just throw a registration modal at the user whenever they load the site as guest ?

Even without knowing more details I have a feeling this might break some famous user privacy law.

exactly. it can also works like ad blocker addons while hiding close button on modal window but It's not necessary.
i'm talked about sign up form shows automatically for non registered users after a few seconds. it's not break user privacy.

jordanjay29 pinterest really force to users for registration, it doesn't need to be that like but there may be an option in the extension settings. I just want to shows sign up form after a few seconds like an alert.

I think Facebook and Twitter do that after you browse the websites for a while. They show the popup with a "later" button
