Cannot find config.php file?

Hello,

I install flarum using SSH via Putty but after the installation I cannot start the flarum because I cannot find the config.php file. Also I am not sure how to open it with my subdomain?

EnesSolhan have you completed the installation wizard ? After installing Flarum via the command line, you should access your url and will be prompted to configure Flarum database and first user. Once this is completed, config.php should be created by the wizard.

I already created a subdomain and it is called forum when I tried to install in it, it gives me an error because it is not empty. Then I created a folder inside that directiory which is called flarum then I installed the Flarum and all extensions which I need. After all when I typed in my subdomain I cannot see anythink to installation wizard so I am not sure what I am doing wrong.

I am using siteground and I install the flarum with SSH via Putty

I install again but this time I am getting 403 - Forbidden Error 🙁
