How to sent mail on Windows Server

I had successfully install Flarum's latest version on Windows Server 2016.
IIS10 PHP7.3 MySQL5.6.35
but no matter whether I set the SMTP server or not, It alway shows "Oops! Something went wrong. Please reload the page and try again." on the page when I try to click the RESEND CONFIRMATION EMAIL button.
And it shows
POST https://XXXXX.com/api/users/2/send-confirmation 500 on the F12 page.

open "https://XXXXX.com/api/users/2/send-confirmation" directly, it shows
{"errors":[{"status":"405","code":"method_not_allowed"}]}

And I'm sure that the URL REWRITE works pretty well. Is anyone have any Idear to solve it? thanks.

BOULKOO check the Flarum logs files at <flarum></storage/logs or enable debug mode in config.php to see the full SMTP error message.

It's normal to get method not allowed if you access the url directly, as doing so performs a GET request instead of the expected POST request.

Does it mean the problem from the SMTP server? but this SMTP server working well in the mail application in my computer with the same setting.

BOULKOO all I'm able to say from this is that it doesn't look like it's an issue with Flarum. Either the settings are correct and Flarum can't indeed access it because of some proxy or firewall rules (does Windows prevent PHP from reaching an SMTP server by default ?), or the settings are incorrect (check port, use tls as the encryption value to enable encryption)

clarkwinkelmann I had forgotten to check for that, I changed the firewall setting in my server and SMTP MAIL works!!! Thank you very much 🙂
