Installing Flarum on a localhost using XAMPP

Hi, I am trying to install Flarum on my local machine using XAMPP.
I currently have PHP 7.2.11 and I have been following this tutorial to install Flarum
https://codingtrabla.blogspot.com/2017/01/install-flarum-v010-beta-on-windows-7.html

But when I try to update composer after adding the "zendframework/zend-stratigility": "1.2.*" line to the composer.json file, i get some errors. Can anyone please tell me what is wrong?

AbdulAziz hello and welcome!

What this tutorial fails to mention is that it targets Flarum beta 7.

The zend-stragility change is a bugfix for a previous Flarum beta, it's not needed on beta 8.

Likely other things are out of date in that tutorial. I suggest following the official instructions https://flarum.org/docs/install.html

you need to update the file: "zendframework/zend-stratigility": "1.2.*", to the latest version,
present on Github... which is: 3.2.1
therefore, the synthesis is: ---> "zendframework/zend-stratigility": "3.2.1", In the file composer.json
