peopleinside I understand your concerns. However these seem rather minor inconveniences and if they are critical to you, should be pretty easy to get fixed or worked around.
peopleinside When the welcome message bar will be removed you will release a plugin for reactivate it? I need it.
Most likely the feature will be forked in a third-party extension, like the bio feature was forked by Friends of Flarum into its own extension.
peopleinside The possibility to check installed extension updates etc will come from the first stable release 1?
I'm not sure what you mean by this. Bazaar lets you check for extension updates in the admin panel. And if you're familiar with Composer, you can examine your possible updates and (for some cases) compatibility right from the command line without installing any Flarum extension.
peopleinside Cannot Create or Reply to Discussions Using IE11
As said in the issue it will at least no longer break IE in beta 9 (to be released soon ™️). If you need the editor to work on IE though, you could look into commissioning the feature with a Flarum extension developer, and the change could be PR'd back to the official extension for release in a next beta. Is a significant part of your audience using IE though ?
peopleinside [ticky issue - normal post get before unread sticky
Seems like a minor issue to me (it's only when live data is pulled via websocket), and as you can see from my comment on the issue, the other major forum software didn't bother covering that case either. To me it makes sense that all the fresh data is added to the top of the list after the visitor manually clicked to show them.
But again if it's an inconvenience, you could get a developer to design an extension that will change how this feature work. It might also be worth noting that this issue only applies to forums using the Pusher extension, and only when new data arrives via websocket.
I hope this answered your concerns! Let us know if you have other questions. And thanks for the feedback!
