And as Digital there will always be bugs, that's what makes programmers who they are, debuggers, problem solvers, you name it. As software evolves along with the programming languages and frameworks they were built with, bugs are sure to come along for the ride. There is also no such thing as perfection in programming, something I had to learn myself the hard way if I ever wanted to take programming seriously and actually make cool and useful stuff.

False, software can be (and sometmes is) formally verified and proved correct. Very few can afford that though.

SnakePromise "Verified and proved correct" does not mean bug free. It means the bugs that exist haven't been found yet. We are all humans here, checking for bugs and accidentally creating them.

A product that is very expensive is more likely to have less bugs than a free alternative, though nowadays this can be debated with open source vs closed source when involving the community and thinking about maintenance.
