In https://github.com/flarum/mentions/blob/79af10172dc69c3c3a57e7b048a61e878726c383/js/src/forum/addComposerAutocomplete.js#L131 we assume that if there is a discussion object it will have a list of posts, but it seems it's not the case on the mentions page. Can you open a GitHub issue at https://github.com/flarum/core/issues ? Or I can do it later.
