It would be great to be able to add simple link to any "Terms and Conditions" page on the Sign Up form. Something like "By pressing Sign Up button I agree with Terms and Conditions".. Because it would be nice to make people to "sign" terms before they signup, otherwise some people can post for example Licensed pictures and then forum owner can be in trouble. (I already had this troubles before!)
