Does Flarum have Badges?

Or an extension that adds them? I’ve been running a private forum with Flarum for a month or two now and if it exist So i don’t see it... but I keep seeing it referred to as though it is indeed there.

andrewsaltire Flarum has something similar to badges, called groups. You can create one by going into the admin dashboard, clicking permissions, and then that add button there:

Groups look like this on a profile:

See that red circle there?
If you'd like a more traditional-looking badge, you can try Traditional Rank Icons.

Yeah badges mean a totally different thing here on Flarum if you haven’t already noticed 😉

But I get the feeling that you’re looking for a Gamified badge system that rewards users in some shape or form with an actual badge and or achievement 🙂

Nothing like that exists yet but it may be very so in the future!
