Hi,

I follow the recomended way to update it. Clean install to a new folder, than migrate it. But everytime i am getting the same error.

sanwhere what does the flarum_new database contains ? Was it your existing database ? Or is it a new database where you imported a backup ? Maybe some tables were not successfully imported when you moved the database manually ?

There should be a settings table on beta 7 as well.

Or maybe you don't have the correct database prefix set in the config file ?

flarum_new database was the old database. after i replace the config.php i got this error. beta 7 was working with the same database on teknikforum.com, actually i was trying to upgrade my website to beta 9, but i couldn't do it. So i am trying to update it on local computer now, but i cant.

there is no prefix set, both configfiles are the same except database information.

maybe because of php versions, what do you think?

clarkwinkelmann yes there is settings table in the database. (there are settings.frm and settings.ibd files also.

edit: i looked inside the database with PhpMyAdmin and see there is no tables in it.
How can it possible, website is working and there is no table on local with the same database?

sanwhere does your user has permission to see the tables ? Are you sure it's the correct database name ? Maybe it's not actually a local database, but on another server ?
