Problem installing Flarum on Windows

I want to try out Flarum and followed the instllation procedure.
The installation generates all database-tables, but it seems like there is a lot of data that has not been entered into the tables. The 'users' table is completely empty, for example, and so is the 'settings' table.
I guess at least the admin user should be created after installation, and that the default extensions should be enabled after installation.
I have tried to enter a user into the 'users' table manually, just to try to log on, but I couldnt get it to work.
Any idea why there is data missing from the database after installation?

I am running Nginx and MariaDB 10.4 on Windows 10.

Any help is much appreciated.

dala delete all tables in the database and the config.php then try to use the wizard again.

I tried that, but it didnt help.
However, it seems like the installation script took too long to execute on my laptop. It timed out, but didnt give any error-messages. It just took me to a screen which said 'update Flarum' or something. After that it completed normally.

When I ran it through a debugger, however, I got a time out error. So I increased the max execution time and that sorted it.
