Opening Tag page starts partially scrolled down..

From the main page of any flarum, if you click a tag on the left-hand side to go to that tag page, it opens the new page partially scrolled down...

Not sure if flarum does this on purpose or if this is a bug. Personally, I do not want it to be partially scrolled down because it either cuts out entirely the tag description or partially. I want users to see this tag description.

I can also reproduce on Flarum Discuss when clicking on a Tag from the menu that doesn't have a description displayed and then switching to a Tag that does have a description. This also happens between the transition of Tag's with one line description vs two.

Example:

Go to this Tag: https://discuss.flarum.org/t/tutorials and then click on the "Utilities" Tag underneath and notice the position of the Tag hero. Scrolling up displays the rest of the hero.

An issue should be created for this because it definitely looks like a bug 🐛
