Kayo What u mean about approve registration? withou mail confirmation? u only need the users directory extension to know who are the new users and on left menu approve the user.
Kakifrucht I'm not sure about your specific use case, but there is Doorman if you want to hand out invite codes instead.
tolgaaaltas Actually, you can create new user group and don't enable any access for that. And install User Directory extension. And change user group one by one. But this way will be hard for you. I prefer Doorman for this.
