- Open discussion with many posts
- Goto the end of discussion with scrubber
- Look at url in address field of browser and press F5 and again.

If you don't see the effect try to change window height.
It is because of after scrollToNumber(near) calculatePosition gets startNumber = near - 1
I think we should pass near to positionChanged event.
