reply and quote features include a # mark after the nickname

Hi,
Using Flarum beta.9, when the "reply" or "quote" links are clicked, Flarum inserts a # mark followed by some number after the nickname of the post's author (for example, @johndoexxx#42 instead of just @johndoexxx) in the message template that appears.
Is that a bug and/or some configuration issue? The problem appeared after upgrading to beta.9 from an older version.

It's always been like that, it's the number of the post you're replying to and it shouldn't be removed

OK, I see. But then it's the formatting that is broken.
Initially it displayed a nice link to the post, e.g.:
https://forum.m-labs.hk/d/14-the-installation-of-the-artiq/6
Now it just displays "nickname#number" as text, e.g.:
https://forum.m-labs.hk/d/18-sampler-kasli-communication-issue/5

It was enabled.
I disabled it and re-enabled it again, and this seems to have fixed the problem (for now).
