how to use alt tag with image embed

I want to use alt tag with [img] tag, is it possible?

Actually, you can.

The syntax would be [img title=<alt text>]<url>[/img]

Here's an example:

EDIT: Oops 🤦‍♂️ Never mind, looks like I confused title with alt. However, it's still better than having no alt content 😛
