Weird behavior in private discussion

I accidentally opened a discussion today as a private discussion. When I noticed the error, I started a normal new discussion with the same title. However, when I refreshed my new discussion page with F5, NGINX gave 404 error. He cleared up the private discussion. Is this a mistake?

The same title shouldn't matter. Flarum only looks at the discussion ID in the URL, not the title. Look at the url for this one:

There's something else going on, your new discussion was not a Private Discussion? And you cannot access the new discussion? Can you still access the PD?
