Depending on various factors there, there could be workarounds for getting it to work.
but, if you get it working, it would be very limited in terms of what plugins you could install afterwards before things break/runs slow.
Note: I can't verify my claim above though. I attempted to create a free plan there myself, but it seems it's only open for certain countries. (Finland and Norway was blocked).
My recommendation would be to use "freeflarum" for the forum, and use x10hosting strickly for nonforum content.
