DerangedHost So nothing was loading in xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/flarum, and I did some digging in the network inspector, turns out that flarum is going to a old server to retrieve the files for the site, what can be done to change the website that flarum is looking for?

luceos DerangedHost connect your own hostname to the ip and use that in flarum. DerangedHost flarum is going to a old server I hardly believe Flarum is doing that. Better probable causes can be reverse DNS. I'd ask your hosting provider about this.
