Is there any way to share URL under flarum forum which shows featured image?

This is how this link - https://appsumo.com/invideo/ will appear if I share it on Facebook. It has mainly featured image, title, and a little description.

Is there a way or an extension so that a link can appear in a similar fashion if I share a link under Flarum forum?

There is no way -for now-.

Not currently, there are extensions that will embed social links really well but individual URLs from random websites are not supported at this time.

Good old open graph. You got your 3rd party services, which I do not like. Such as, https://embed.ly/. Then you've got what Flarum needs which is a fully built in way to do it without a 3rd party. Some type of PHP URL scraper perhaps.
