Your FontAwesome icons don't show up, that's often the result of a mismatch between the URL used to access your forum and the URL that's stored in your config.php file. When I access your forum I'm redirected to http://aqua.web.tr// (with two slashes at the end). Is that intended? And if it is (that would be strange), is this reflected in your config.php?
I'm not sure, whether these double slashes account for your problems to access the admin panel, but it's worth it to correct these anyways.
